Whilst we can provide learning via webinar and digital tech, we all know the value of investing in solid face-to-face learning programs.

D&G can provide you with a range of interactive workshops, one day and two day training sessions, or information sharing that lasts a couple of hours only.

Our course material can be generic and already packaged, presented by a D&G representative on site at your premises, for easy access and elimination of workplace disruption.

Some of our generic programs are designed to cover basic HR and people management skills for staff going from floor to management level. Having those difficult conversations with staff who were once peers does not come naturally to many. Our programs impart techniques and strategies that assist the new manager or leader overcome these normal impediments.

D&G’s management workshops cover complex employee relations matters such as performance management, staff counseling, investigations and compliant documentation, award interpretation and application.

Our learning programs are designed to remedy staff soft skills development, communication skills, workplace inclusion, zero tolerance for bullying and harassment, workplace culture and values training.

As an alternative to our generic schedule, we easily provide tailored training solutions that are bespoke and designed specifically to connect with your staff, addressing the issues that you strategically need to address.

Our customized learning programs can be as long or as short as you need them to be. Bespoke learning programs are an excellent way to prioritise and meet particular learning needs, use company time resourcefully and economically, demonstrate compliance to external authorities, and purchase intellectual property for future and long term use.

Again, we can come to your premises and deliver any tailored learning program. Alternatively, given that the IP will be yours, we can also train up your key staff to deliver the program internally, any time you need it.
